RAY DELAHOUSSAYE has a true passion for the sports of swimming, cycling and running.  Giving back to the sport and helping athletes achieve their “impossible” is why coaching is more than just a job.  Ray uses various methods of training to create a strong base for each athlete, increase efficiency and decrease chance of injury.


He prides himself in personalized training plans and frequent communications with his athletes to monitor and adjust for maximum performance.

While Ray has a variety of experience and knowledge in swimming biking and running, he specializes in video swim analysis and technique.

Ray has over 10 years of swimming experience with 2 years at the collegiate level; including being a National Olympic Qualifier.

Ray has competed in triathlon for the last 10 years with the last few years being focused on Ironman and Ultra distances. Ray has been coaching for the last 4 years.

​His athletes have a variety of backgrounds and fitness levels and reside both in the US and Columbia.
